I have used this post to help someone who is not familiar with the website folder to open my website.
To get to my final page and website,
Go to my folder,
go to my finished website folder, (within my folder, there are my preliminary tasks)
then click on html folder,
then click on html folder again (different folder),
then to open up the website with the frameset, open 'Home - with frameset', which will load the final website.
